Wir erweitern unser Team und suche: 1 Bilanzbuchhalter_in mit Lohnverrechnung (m/w/d) Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine Person mit Erfahrung als Bilanzbuchhalter_in sowie Kenntnissen in der Lohn- und Personalverrechnung für 10 Wochenstunden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Laufende Buchhaltung

Bilanzbuchhaltung sowie Vorbereitung bzw. Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen

Laufende Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung

An- und Abmeldungen von Mitarbeiter_innen

Erstellung und Übermittlung der erforderlichen Meldungen an Behörden und Sozialversicherung

Kontenabstimmungen sowie Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung

Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und laufende steuerliche Meldungen

Abstimmung mit Steuerberatung und Geschäftsführung

Allgemeine Tätigkeiten im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Personaladministration

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Ausbildung bzw. fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung

Erfahrung in der österreichischen Lohn- und Personalverrechnung

Kenntnisse im österreichischen Steuer-, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

Selbstständige, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Gute EDV- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse

Arbeitszeit:

Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 10 Wochenstunden.

Wir bieten eine flexible Einteilung der Arbeitszeit nach Vereinbarung. Die Arbeitszeiten können in Abstimmung mit dem Unternehmen und unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Erfordernisse individuell vereinbart werden.

Entlohnung:

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Handel, Beschäftigungsgruppe F, und beträgt bei 10 Wochenstunden ab ca. € 748 brutto monatlich auf Basis der Einstiegsstufe 2026.

Dies entspricht bei einer kollektivvertraglichen Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 38,5 Wochenstunden einem Bruttomonatsgehalt von ca. € 2.880.

Die tatsächliche Entlohnung richtet sich nach den anrechenbaren Berufsjahren sowie der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist vorhanden.
