Als Partner in Personalfragen bietet das Unternehmen unter anderem Lösungen zu den Themen HR Consulting und Payroll Services und ist auf die Vermittlung von Fach- und Führungskräften in den Bereichen Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Admin und IT spezialisiert.

Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Bilanzbuchhalter:in (w/m/d) in einer Innenstadtkanzlei Unternehmensdarstellung:

Belege im Schuhkarton kennst du nur noch aus Erzählungen und eine Bilanz ist für dich mehr als Soll und Haben? Für unseren Auftraggeber, eine renommierte, partnergeführte Steuerberatungs- und Wirtschaftsprüfungsgruppe mit mehreren Standorten in Österreich und Büro in der Wiener Innenstadt, suchen wir Verstärkung in der Bilanzierung. Gesucht ist jemand mit Zug nach vorne, der nicht nur Abschlüsse macht, sondern weiterdenkt.

Die Kanzlei wächst seit Jahren kräftig aus eigener Kraft und betreut ein Klientenportfolio, das kaum bunter sein könnte: vom Startup über den Traditionsbetrieb bis zur international tätigen Unternehmensgruppe. Über Digitalisierung wird hier nicht geredet, sie wird gelebt. Belege laufen über Finmatics und7oder BMD, Klientengespräche finden oft via Teams statt, und unterschrieben wird mit ID Austria.

In dieser Rolle betreust du dein eigenes Klientenportfolio vom Abschluss bis zur Steuererklärung. Du bist für deine Klient:innen die erste Ansprechperson. Und wer mehr will, darf: Der Weg Richtung Berufsanwärter:in und Steuerberater:in ist ausdrücklich erwünscht.

Deine zukünftige Rolle:

* Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse für ein vielfältiges Klientenportfolio, vom kleinen Einzelunternehmen bis zur international tätigen Gesellschaft

* Du erstellst die dazugehörigen Steuererklärungen und bringst deine Mandate eigenständig ins Ziel

* Du bist erste Ansprechperson für deine Klient:innen und berätst sie verständlich, lösungsorientiert und wenn nötig auch einmal unbequem

* Du arbeitest mit Finmatics und BMD und holst Klient:innen, die noch analog unterwegs sind, Schritt für Schritt ins Digitale

* Du arbeitest eng mit Buchhaltung, Personalverrechnung und Steuerberatung zusammen

* Du bringst dich bei Automatisierung und KI ein, wenn dich das reizt (und wir hoffen, es reizt dich)

Das bringst Du mit:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei, idealerweise bereits mit eigenständiger Klientenbetreuung

* Eine abgeschlossene oder laufende Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung. Wenn du schon Richtung Steuerberaterprüfung unterwegs bist, umso besser

* Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS von Vorteil

* Sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, allen voran Excel

* Ein digitales Mindset und Lust, Prozesse besser zu machen statt sie nur abzuarbeiten

* Sorgfalt, absolute Verschwiegenheit und Freude an echter Beratung

* Teamgeist und eine Portion Humor
