Für unseren Mandanten, ein traditionsreiches und international tätiges Familienunternehmen aus der Recycling- und Kreislaufwirtschaft mit nachhaltiger Ausrichtung, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Konzern-Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) am Standort Götzis in Vorarlberg. In dieser zentralen Rolle im Konzernrechnungswesen erstellen Sie Abschlüsse, konsolidieren nationale und internationale Gesellschaften und treiben die Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung bestehender Accounting-Prozesse mit hoher Eigenverantwortung aktiv voran.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Konsolidierung nationaler und internationaler Konzerngesellschaften nach UGB - Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen - Eigenständige Betreuung österreichischer und internationaler Gesellschaften im Rechnungswesen - Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle - Berücksichtigung aktueller steuerlicher und rechtlicher Anforderungen - Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und interne Fachbereiche - Begleitung interner und externer Audits - Umsetzung eigener Projekte im Bereich Konzernrechnungswesen und Accounting - Optimierung und Standardisierung bestehender Buchhaltungs- und Konsolidierungsprozesse - Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Finance-Prozessen - Eigenständiges Vorantreiben fachlicher Themen im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung des Konzernrechnungswesens

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Alternativ abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen - Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach UGB - Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen - Kenntnisse im Konzernrechnungswesen und in der Konsolidierung von Vorteil - SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert - Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hoher Qualitätsanspruch - Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise - Hohe Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, Entscheidungen zu treffen - Lösungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise - Teamorientierte und verlässliche Persönlichkeit
