Wir suchen: 1 Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) - Vollzeit oder Teilzeit Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie erstellen selbstständig Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach UGB für unsere operative Muttergesellschaft und Tochtergesellschaften

* Sie arbeiten eng mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern zusammen

* Sie führen und stimmen Haupt- und Nebenbuchkonten ab, verwalten Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten und führen Abgrenzungsbuchungen durch

* Die Verbuchung von Kreditkartenabrechnungen, die Erstellung von Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen sowie die Unterstützung im monatlichen Reporting und bei Finanzprojekten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich

* Sie bringen sich aktiv bei der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse ein

* Sie übernehmen die Stellvertretung in der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Ihr Arbeitsort kann wahlweise in Mäder, Österreich oder Pforzheim, Deutschland liegen

Sie bringen mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter m/w/d

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung nach UGB

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und idealerweise Erfahrung mit gängigen Buchhaltungssystemen (eGecko, Lucanet)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
