Voor een internationaal advocatenkantoor zoeken we een enthousiaste Billing & Collections Specialist die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het verschil maakt binnen een dynamische werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Billing & Collections Specialist speel je een belangrijke rol in het facturatie- en debiteurenproces. Je bent een betrouwbare sparringpartner voor collega's, bewaakt de financiële administratie en zorgt ervoor dat facturen tijdig en correct worden verwerkt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren en ondersteunen van collega's bij vragen rondom facturatie en declaratieprocessen - Signaleren van facturatiekansen en actief meedenken over een tijdige en correcte afhandeling van onderhanden werk - Verwerken van declaraties via diverse (e-)billingplatformen - Beheren van een eigen nationale en internationale debiteurenportefeuille - Opvolgen van openstaande posten en onderhouden van contact met cliënten - Vastleggen en actualiseren van tariefafspraken, kortingen en cliëntgegevens - Bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van financiële processen en dienstverlening Over het team Je komt terecht in een betrokken en professioneel financieel team waar samenwerking centraal staat. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een soepel verloop van de financiële processen en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
