Iedere factuur die wij versturen en ieder contactmoment met onze klanten draagt direct bij aan de klantbeleving. Daarom zien wij deze functie als een belangrijke commerciële rol binnen onze Finance organisatie. Wij zoeken een proactieve Billing & Credit Control Specialist die eigenaarschap neemt over het order-to-cash proces en actief bijdraagt aan klanttevredenheid, werkkapitaalverbetering en een hoogwaardige financiële dienstverlening. Als onderdeel van het Finance Operations team werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen Finance, Sales, Projectmanagement, Customer Support en Business Control. Je zorgt ervoor dat facturen tijdig en correct worden verstuurd, openstaande posten actief worden opgevolgd en eventuele blokkades snel worden opgelost. Je rapporteert aan de Finance Operations Manager en maakt deel uit van een team van 3 tot 5 specialisten dat verantwoordelijk is voor billing en credit control binnen Alfen. Je werkt dagelijks in Unit4 ERP en OnGuard en bent actief bezig met het beheren van debiteurenposities, achterstallige facturen en unbilled revenue. Daarbij kijk je voortdurend naar mogelijkheden om processen, systemen en de klantbeleving verder te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Billing & Revenue Management Zorgdragen voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige facturatie. Analyseren en actief opvolgen van unbilled revenue posities.
