Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Billing Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • Je behandelt tweedelijnsvragen van klanten met betrekking tot voorschotten, afrekeningen en facturatie.
  • Je analyseert en corrigeert verbruiksgegevens in nauwe samenwerking met de verschillende netbeheerders.
  • Je neemt de nodige acties om facturatiegegevens aan te passen en eventuele fouten recht te zetten binnen het facturatiesysteem.
  • Je ondersteunt eerstelijnsmedewerkers door hun vragen rond billing en facturatie te beantwoorden.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de teamverantwoordelijke.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring binnen customer service, administratie, collections of billing is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Schoolverlaters met de juiste motivatie zijn zeker welkom.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je zowel schriftelijk als mondeling vlot behelpen in het Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je bent leergierig en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar processen en systemen voortdurend evolueren.
  • Je staat open voor veranderingen en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en helpt collega's graag wanneer de workload daarom vraagt.
