Als Billing Specialist bij SOS International ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van omzetdata, het optimaliseren van facturatieprocessen en het ondersteunen van managementrapportages. Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, Control en het managementteam en draagt actief bij aan automatiserings- en verbeterprojecten. Dankzij jouw analytische vermogen, kennis van financiële processen en affiniteit met data help je onze organisatie verder groeien en professionaliseren. Wat ga je doen? Dit is een uitdagende kans voor iemand die graag een directe bijdrage levert aan het verhogen van de omzet en het optimaliseren en verder automatiseren van het complexe omzet facturatieproces van SOS International. De complexiteit van de omzet facturatie zit in de diversiteit van klant, product en tarief combinaties Je bent verantwoordeli j k voor het ontsluiten en verwerken van omzet data, de analyse en rapport age hierover naar de diverse stakeholders . Daarnaast draag je zorg voor het tijdig, accur a at en volledig op maken en verzenden van de klantfacturen en participeer je in diverse projecten die tot doel hebben om het omzet facturatie proces effienter en effectiever te maken . Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden hierbij zijn ; - Participatie in projecten gericht op automatisering en optimaliseren van o.a. omzet facturatieproces om kwaliteit en tijdigheid van facturatie te verbeteren en de toekomstige groei van de onderneming te ondersteunen. - Factureren en rapporteren van project administratie van SOS Service - Behandel en van inkomende vragen van klanten, geschillen en comple...
