Votre mission

Nous recherchons un véritable profil hunter, qui aime aller chercher de nouvelles opportunités et les transformer en clients.

Votre rôle couvrira l'ensemble du cycle commercial :

Prospection ¿ Qualification ¿ Démo ¿ Relance ¿ Closing

Vous construisez votre propre pipeline et accompagnez vos prospects du premier appel jusqu'à leur inscription chez BILLY.

Votre objectif : générer au minimum 20 nouveaux clients par mois grâce à votre propre prospection.

Vos responsabilités

  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients, principalement par téléphone : environ 50 % de votre temps sera consacré à la prospection.
  • Réaliser en moyenne 40 à 80 appels par jour lors de vos phases de prospection.
  • Identifier rapidement les besoins et le potentiel de chaque prospect.
  • Réaliser des démonstrations personnalisées de BILLY.
  • Assurer les relances et accompagner vos prospects jusqu'au closing.
  • Construire et gérer votre pipeline commercial de manière structurée dans notre CRM.
  • Atteindre vos objectifs mensuels et suivre vos taux de conversion.
  • Tester de nouvelles approches de prospection et partager vos retours avec l'équipe pour améliorer continuellement notre méthode commerciale.
  • Ponctuellement, représenter BILLY lors d'événements, de rencontres avec nos partenaires ou dans des hautes écoles et universités.

Vous êtes persévérant(e), orienté(e) résultats et un « non » ne vous empêche pas de passer au prochain appel.

Vous :

  • Aimez réellement la prospection et le contact humain.
  • Êtes à l'aise avec un volume important d'appels.
  • Êtes persévérant(e) et gérez bien le rejet.
  • Savez travailler une liste de prospects et organiser vos relances méthodiquement.
  • Aimez travailler avec des objectifs chiffrés et être récompensé(e) pour vos résultats.
  • Savez écouter, poser les bonnes questions et qualifier rapidement un prospect.
  • Êtes capable de convaincre et de closer une opportunité que vous avez vous-même créée.
  • Êtes autonome, organisé(e) et aimez prendre des initiatives.
