BIM-Coördinator bij Strukton Nederland in Utrecht - contract - voltijd - hybride - BIM Modelleur in Utrecht Verloopt over 4 weken Utrecht Als BIM-coördinator bij Strukton Infra Specials speel je een cruciale rol in het digitaal beheren en vormgeven van complexe multidisciplinaire infraprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle BIM-modellen en bijbehorende informatie volledig, actueel en betrouwbaar zijn, zodat het projectteam altijd over de juiste gegevens beschikt. Je werkt nauw samen met ontwerpers, werkvoorbereiders en projectmanagers om ontwerpen af te stemmen en de kwaliteit van het digitale model te bewaken. Daarnaast richt je BIM-processen in, stel je BIM-uitvoeringsplannen op en zorg je ervoor dat het model voldoet aan de eisen van zowel Strukton als de opdrachtgever. Wat ga je doen als BIM-coördinator? - Zorgen dat BIM-modellen en informatie volledig, actueel en betrouwbaar zijn - Afstemmen van ontwerpen met ontwerpers, werkvoorbereiders en projectmanagers - Bewaken van kwaliteit en consistentie van het digitale model - Inrichten van BIM-processen en opstellen van BIM-uitvoeringsplannen - Gebruiken van systemen zoals Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks en Synchro - Uitvoeren van clashcontroles en voorbereiden van multidisciplinaire ontwerpoverleggen - Visualiseren van ontwerpvarianten voor optimale keuzes - Structuur geven aan informatiestromen door te sturen op modelafspraken en data-standaarden - Creëren van overzicht met dashboards en rapportages - Rapporteren van bevindingen aan projectmanager en kernteam - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van verbeteringen - Zorgen dat het BIM-proces aansluit op Systems Engineering, risicomanagement en projectbeheersing Wat Strukton jou biedt - Een goed salaris tussen €4.100,- en € 8.600,- per maand - 30 vakantiedagen per jaar volgens de Bouw & Infra CAO - Een ruim keuzebudget boven...
