Ben jij een expert in BIM en wil je een cruciale rol spelen in het digitaliseren van bouwprojecten? Als BIM-coördinator in regio Oostnieuwkerke krijg je de kans om jouw technische skills in te zetten en de samenwerking tussen verschillende teams te optimaliseren. Interesse? Lees dan snel verder!

In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, detailleren en coördineren van BIM-modellen voor diverse bouwprojecten. Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Het uitwerken van ontwerpen en plannen in Autocad en Revit
  • Nauwe samenwerking met project- en werfleiding om ervoor te zorgen dat de tekeningen voldoen aan de gestelde specificaties, en ontwerpen aanpassen op basis van feedback en wijzigingen in het project
  • Ondersteunen van de werkvoorbereiding en uitvoeringsteams met technisch teken- en studiewerk
  • Voorbereiden en uitwerken van dossiers voor prijsaanvragen voor de calculatiedienst
  • Controleren en valideren van BIM-modellen met behulp van Solibri
  • Bijdragen aan de standaardisatie van het BIM-proces binnen het bedrijf
  • Verwerken en genereren van hoeveelhedenlijsten en meetstaten vanuit BIM-modellen
  • Visualiseren van 3D-ontwerpen voor betere projectpresentaties

  • Je hebt een Master Bouwkunde/Toegepaste Architectuur op zak, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring in de bouwsector
  • Je hebt al wat jaren ervaring als tekenaar en weet waar je mee bezig bent
  • Je hebt kennis van én ervaring met Solibri, AutoCAD en Revit – tools die jij als je tweede thuis beschouwt
  • Kennis van BIM-protocol en BIM-uitvoeringsplan? Dat is een dikke plus!
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk met zowel collega’s als projectpartners
