Als BIM Coördinator Installatietechniek bij Unica Building Projects Zuid zorg jij dat disciplines, modellen en mensen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je overziet meerdere projecten, brengt structuur aan en helpt onze teams om slimmer samen te werken. Je bent in deze functie niet voornamelijk zelf aan het modelleren. Jouw kracht zit juist in het coördineren, verbinden en verbeteren. Zo zorg je ervoor dat BIM vanaf de tender tot en met de oplevering daadwerkelijk bijdraagt aan uitvoerbare ontwerpen. Jouw uitdaging als BIM Coördinator Een goed model ontstaat niet vanzelf. Verschillende disciplines werken tegelijkertijd aan een project, informatie verandert en belangen kunnen uiteenlopen. Aan jou de uitdaging om daarin het overzicht te bewaren en ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen volgens dezelfde afspraken werkt. Je richt het BIM-proces binnen onze multidisciplinaire installatieprojecten in en bewaakt de kwaliteit en voortgang. Daarbij verbind je projectmanagement, engineering, uitvoering, BIM-modelleurs en externe partners. Je bent betrokken vanaf de tenderfase en blijft aangehaakt tot aan de oplevering. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - BIM-uitvoeringsplannen, protocollen en standaarden opstelt, implementeert en bewaakt; - BIM-projectstarts, modelreviews en clashsessies organiseert en begeleidt; - De afstemming tussen werktuigbouwkundige, elektrotechnische, bouwkundige en constructieve modellen coördineert; - Erop toeziet dat clashes, raakvlakken en modelafwijkingen daadwerkelijk worden opgevolgd; - De modelkwaliteit en het benodigde informatieniveau bewaakt; - De beschikbare capaciteit van BIM-modelleurs en engineers over verschillende projecten coördineert; - Knelpunten in planning of capaciteit tijdig signaleert en hierover adviseert; - BIM-modelleurs en engineers ondersteunt bij hun vakinhoudel...
