Jij bent de verbindende kracht tussen ontwerp en uitvoering, én tussen het interne team en externe partners. Functieomschrijving - Projectteams ondersteunen en coachen bij alle BIM-vraagstukken. - Modelchecks, clashcontroles en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren. - Zelf modelleren wanneer nodig en toezicht houden op de technische kwaliteit van modellen en tekeningen. - BIM-processen bewaken en optimaliseren, zodat projecten soepel en consistent verlopen. - Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en verfijning van BIM-standaarden en werkwijzen. - Meedenken over innovatie, digitalisering en optimalisatie van workflows. - Afstemmen met externe partijen en zorgen dat iedereen volgens dezelfde lijn werkt. Functie-eisen - Een hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als BIM-coördinator. - Uitgebreide kennis van Revit, Dynamo, Solibri en BIMCollab. - Ervaring met het opstellen van BIM-protocollen, ILS'en en uitvoeringsplannen; - Oog voor detail en een sterk gevoel voor kwaliteit en structuur. - Proactiviteit, leergierigheid en ambitie om proce...
