Jobomschrijving

Als BIM-Coördinator in Oudsbergen neem je een centrale rol op in de digitale voorbereiding en uitvoering van bouwprojecten. Je brengt architectuur, stabiliteit, technieken, engineering, productie en uitvoering samen in één helder digitaal verhaal. Dankzij jouw overzicht blijven modellen niet alleen netjes op het scherm, maar zijn ze ook technisch haalbaar op de werf.

Je werkt binnen een geïntegreerde bouwomgeving waar kwaliteit, maatwerk en een vlotte projectopvolging belangrijk zijn. Met ervaring krijg je voldoende ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, processen kritisch te bekijken en BIM steeds slimmer in te zetten.

  • Coördineert BIM-modellen van verschillende bouwprojecten en stemt disciplines zoals architectuur, stabiliteit en technieken op elkaar af.
  • Controleert modellen op kwaliteit, volledigheid, consistentie en toepasbaarheid.
  • Voert clashdetecties, modelchecks en kwaliteitscontroles uit en vertaalt de resultaten naar concrete acties.
  • Detecteert technische knelpunten en werkt samen met engineering, projectvoorbereiding, projectleiding en externe bouwpartners aan haalbare oplossingen.
  • Bewaakt BIM-afspraken, standaarden, naamgevingsregels, workflows en informatie-uitwisseling tussen projectpartners.
  • Ondersteunt BIM-modelleurs en collega’s bij technische en BIM-gerelateerde vragen en deelt actief je kennis.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat modellen en projectinformatie bruikbaar zijn voor een efficiënte voorbereiding én uitvoering op de werf.
  • Je denkt mee over procesverbeteringen, nieuwe digitale toepassingen en een praktische verdere uitbouw van BIM binnen de organisatie.

Je werkplek bevindt zich in Oudsbergen, Limburg. Vanuit daar werk je samen met collega’s en bouwpartners aan technisch uitdagende projecten waarbij een goed gecoördineerd model een wereld van verschil maakt.

Voor deze functie zoekt onze klant iemand die bouwtechnisch sterk is, graag structuur brengt in complexe informatie en zonder aarzelen verschillende disciplines rond hetzelfde model verzamelt. Je hoeft niet elke BIM-knop blindelings te kennen, maar je begrijpt wel wat er technisch, organisatorisch en praktisch nodig is om een model te laten werken.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bouwkunde, toegepaste architectuur of een vergelijkbare technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring met BIM binnen bouwprojecten.
  • Je hebt een sterk bouwtechnisch en ruimtelijk inzicht en begrijpt hoe ontwerpkeuzes doorwerken in productie en uitvoering.
  • Ervaring met BIM-software; een goede kennis van Revit is belangrijk.
  • Solibri, Navisworks, Tekla, Dalux of BIMcollab is een mooie extra.
  • Kent IFC en begrijpt hoe informatie tussen verschillende modellen, softwarepakketten en disciplines wordt uitgewisseld.
  • Ziet snel waar ontwerpen, technieken of bouwmethodes met elkaar in conflict komen en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en consequent: modelkwaliteit zit vaak in de details die anderen overslaan.
  • Communiceert vlot met architecten, ingenieurs, modelleurs, projectteams en externe bouwpartners.
  • Kunt technische informatie helder uitleggen aan zowel ervaren BIM-gebruikers als collega’s die minder vaak met modellen werken.
  • Bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe technologieën en krijgt energie van het verbeteren van digitale bouwprocessen.
  • Spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
