De functie inhoud Hoe zien jouw dagen eruit als BIM-coördinator regio Kortrijk?

  • Begeleiden van klanten bij de implementatie van BIM, van behoefteanalyse tot concreet plan van aanpak.
  • BIM-coördinatie uitvoeren: geometrie- en datamodellen van alle disciplines combineren en controleren via coördinatiesoftware.
  • Opstellen van het BIM-protocol per project en toezien op de naleving ervan door alle partijen.
  • Rapporteren van modelcontroles op geometrie en data, en opvolgen van verbeterpunten.
  • BIM-coördinatievergaderingen voorzitten of actief meewerken, afhankelijk van je ervaringsniveau.
  • Eenvoudige, schaalbare processen uitwerken voor datamanagement en documentmanagement over projecten heen.

  • Vertrouwd met BIM-software en coördinatietools; kennis van technieken is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan je vlot verhelpen in het Engels/Frans.
