EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! - BIM Coördinator Nijmegen MBO / HBO (Bachelor) Werkweek 32 - 40 uur Salaris €4.500 - €6.000 p.m. Techniek, BIM en regie komen samen in deze functie als BIM Coördinator. Je zorgt dat verschillende bouwkundige modellen goed op elkaar aansluiten en voorkomt problemen voordat ze op de bouwplaats ontstaan. Met jouw overzicht maak je bouwprojecten slimmer, beter beheersbaar en technisch sterker. Wat ga je doen? Als BIM Coördinator Nijmegen houd je de regie over het BIM-proces binnen verschillende bouwprojecten. Je zorgt dat modellen van verschillende disciplines samenkomen tot één betrouwbaar en uitvoerbaar geheel. Met Solibri voer je clashdetecties uit en signaleer je modelconflicten voordat deze gevolgen hebben voor de uitvoering. Ook stel je BIM-uitvoeringsplannen op en vertaal je algemene BIM-afspraken naar duidelijke afspraken per project. Daarbij bewaak je de kwaliteit van modellen, informatiestructuren, deadlines en BIM-standaarden. Voor onze opdrachtgever stuur je BIM-modelleurs en ketenpartners inhoudelijk aan en zorg je dat gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen. Je leidt BIM-overleggen en bespreekt risico's, voortgang en technische knelpunten met de projectleiding. Daarnaast denk je mee over betere werkmethodieken, controles en BIM-bibliotheken. Ervaringen uit projecten gebruik je om het digitale bouwproces verder te verbeteren. Zo speel je een belangrijke rol in BIM-coördinatie, digitalisering en datagedreven bouwen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Coördineren en samenvoegen van BIM-modellen van verschillende bouwkundige disciplines; - Uitvoeren en prioriteren van clashdetecties in onder andere Solibri; - Signaleren en oplossen van modelconflicten voordat deze de uitvoering beïnvloeden; - Opstellen, toepassen en aanpassen van BIM-uitvoeringsplannen; - Bewaken van BIM-standaarden, informatiestructuren, modelkwaliteit en deadlines; - Inhoudelijk begeleiden van BIM-modelleurs en externe ketenpartners;...
