Ben jij een geboren organisator van teamsamenwerkingen en ken je de ins- en outs van BIM?

Voor de versterking van ons snel groeiende team zijn we op zoek naar een BIM-coördinator, voor wie het organiseren van vlotte teamsamenwerkingen een tweede natuur is. Jouw innovatieve geest spoort je aan vernieuwingen in onze werkmethodiek te integreren.

Jouw rol

  • Je bent een systeembouwer en verankert het BIM-proces binnen het bouwteam
  • Je organiseert als een teamspeler de samenwerking tussen de verschillende partijen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het systeemtechnisch coördineren van het volledige BIM-aspect in het bouwproces
  • Je bent de technische spil in het koppelen van de modellen, aspectmodellen en andere programma’s.
  • Je richt het BIM-model in, toetst het (model checking & clash control) en genereert informatie voor de uitvoering of productie
  • Je legt verantwoording af aan de BIM-manager of projectleider

Wat verwachten we van je?

  • Je hebt 5 jaar relevante ervaring met modelleren en samenwerken in BIM
  • De basissoftware voor een BIM’mer: Autodesk AEC Collectie, BIM 360, Navisworks en BIM Collab, hebben geen geheimen meer voor jou
  • Verder heb je doorgedreven kennis van software als Solibri, BimCollab Zoom en Synchro
  • Tot slot ben je bekend met de mogelijkheden van Subassembly Composer, Dynamo for Revit, Dynamo for C3D, IFC exports en BCF
  • Als BIM-coördinator heb je minstens voorkennis van OTL, NEN-ISO 19650, Game Engines (Unity, Unreal), Inventor en Maya
  • Je bent in staat om op operationeel niveau de samenwerking tussen de verschillende partijen – zowel intern als extern – vlot te organiseren
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de meest recente ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied en slaagt erin die te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk
  • Je hebt actuele kennis en vaardigheden van ontwerp- en/of bouwprocesmanagement
  • Je voelt je thuis in ICT en het gebruik van open standaarden
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
