Bij deze vooruitstrevende installateur in West-Brabant ben jij als bim-coördinator de drijvende kracht achter onze digitale projecten. Jij borgt de kwaliteit van de 3D-modellen (E en W), stroomlijnt de samenwerking met externe bouwpartners en zorgt dat we op de bouwplaats nulpuntfouten realiseren. Vragen? Neem contact op met Robin Plazier Wat je doet als BIM-coördinator In deze uitdagende rol breng je alle digitale aspecten van onze installatieprojecten samen: - Je stelt het BIM-protocol en het BIM-uitvoeringsplan (BUP) op en bewaakt de naleving hiervan. - Je voert clashdetecties uit (o.a. in Solibri), analyseert de knelpunten en stemt oplossingen af met modellerende collega's en de projectleider. - Je zit coördinatie- en BIM-vergaderingen voor met hoofd- en onderaannemers, architecten en constructeurs. - Je adviseert het team over de nieuwste software, standaarden (zoals ILS) en slimme digitaliseringsslagen.
