Voor onze klant, regio Kortrijk, gaan wij op zoek naar een BIM Coördinator. Het bedrijf is een vooruitstrevende en snelgroeiende speler en specialiseert zich in het digitaliseren en optimaliseren van bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten, met een sterke focus op BIM en datagedreven processen. Deze West-Vlaamse KMO telt momenteel een 15-tal mensen en bezit een unieke marktpositie. Zowel projecten op nationaal als internationaal niveau worden succesvol afgerond. Vanuit een moderne werkomgeving werkt een hecht team van experten dagelijks aan innovatieve projecten voor toonaangevende industriële klanten.

Omwille van hun sterke groei gaat onze klant op zoek naar een BIM Coördinator.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van alle modellen van de projectpartners, op het vlak van geometrie en data
  • Tijdens de uitvoering van de projecten zorg je ervoor dat alle projectpartners het BIM-protocol naleven en hanteren
  • Documentcontrole, document management, BIM-coördinatie (3d modellen samenleggen), data management geometrisch controleren en cost management vallen eveneens onder je verantwoordelijkheden
  • Op regelmatige basis sluit je aan bij BIM-coördinatievergaderingen
  • Bovendien bied je in bepaalde projecten steun bij het modelleren
  • Je gaat op zoek naar optimalisaties om de coördinatieprocessen te automatiseren of te verbeteren
  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een Masterdiploma Bouwkunde (Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur)
  • Ervaring met BIM is een zeer sterke plus, maar geen vereiste! Verregaande interesse en de wil om bij te leren is de doorslaggevende factor
  • Pas afgestudeerden worden warm aangemoedigd om te solliciteren!
