Voor een bouwgerichte organisatie die actief is in complexe projecten binnen gebouwen en infrastructuur, zoeken we een BIMcoördinator Gebouwen die mee structuur brengt in modellen, processen en teams.

Takenpakket:

  • Je coördineert disciplinemodellen en productiemodellen in samenwerking met de BIMmanager.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op BIMmodellen, inclusief hard/soft clash detecties.
  • Je koppelt planning, fasering en projectinformatie aan het BIMmodel.
  • Je stuurt het modelleerteam aan en ondersteunt hen bij uitvoerings en hoeveelheidsmodellen.
  • Je verzorgt zelf modelleringen waar nodig.
  • Je stemt modellen af met interne projectteams, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers.
  • Je genereert grafische en alfanumerieke info voor uitvoering en projectopvolging.
  • Je optimaliseert BIMprocessen binnen gebouwenprojecten.
  • Je werkt met tools zoals Revit en ACC Model Coordination.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of een bachelordiploma met ruime ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de bouwsector, waarvan min. 2 jaar met BIMsoftware.
  • Je behoudt overzicht maar hebt tegelijk oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt sterk ruimtelijk inzicht en een praktische aanpak.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee en deelt graag kennis.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt vlot samen met verschillende disciplines.
