Haex is volop in groei en zet sterk in op digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven BIM Cost Engineer die een sleutelrol wil opnemen in het verder uitbouwen van onze calculatie- en aankoopprocessen.

Dit is een nieuwe functie binnen ons bedrijf, met veel ruimte voor initiatief, onderzoek en eigen inbreng. Je komt terecht op de calculatieafdeling en werkt nauw samen met zowel calculatie als BIM, met als doel beide werelden slimmer en efficiënter te verbinden.

Als BIM Cost Engineer focus je op modelleren voor calculatie, niet voor uitvoering. Je ondersteunt onze calculators door betrouwbare hoeveelheden uit BIM-modellen te halen en mee na te denken over hoe data optimaal kan doorstromen richting kostenberekening en aankoop.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Modelleren van gebouwen in BIM, specifiek gericht op engineering en hoeveelheidsbepaling voor calculatie en aankoop
  • Ondersteunen van de calculatieafdeling met BIM-gedreven input
  • Onderzoeken en uitwerken van optimalisaties in BIM- en calculatiesoftware
  • Meedenken en uitzoeken hoe BIM-data beter kan worden gelinkt aan calculatie- en aankoopprocessen
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie tussen BIM, calculatie en aankoop
  • Testen en uitwerken van nieuwe tools en workflows (je stapt mee in een omgeving waar nog niet alles vastligt en waar pionierswerk nodig is)
  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor of master bouwkunde (of relevante ervaring).
  • Je hebt kennis en eventueel ervaring met modeleersoftware (Revit of vergelijkbaar).
  • Ervaring met BIM modellering is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Modelleren kan intern aangeleerd worden bij Haex.
  • Je bent sterk analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Heb je basiskennis van programmeren (voorbeeld Python of scripts voor data-extractie) dan is dat een plus, maar zeker geen must.
  • Je durft initiatief nemen en je voelt je comfortabel in een rol die nog mee vorm moet krijgen.
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om je te verdiepen in nieuwe tools of methodes.
