Vanaf de eerste ontwerpfase geef je vorm aan hoe bouwprojecten digitaal worden opgebouwd. Met een nauwkeurig BIM-model voorkom je fouten op de werf en stem je alle betrokken partijen efficiënt op elkaar af.

Je werkt in een technische bouwomgeving waar projecten integraal worden aangepakt, van ontwerp tot oplevering, met BIM als centrale tool voor coördinatie en kwaliteitscontrole. Als BIM Engineer vorm je de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering en vertaal je complexe projecten naar consistente, bruikbare modellen, terwijl je tegelijk bijdraagt aan de verdere uitbouw van BIM binnen de organisatie.

BIM Engineer - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je bouwt en beheert BIM-modellen voor integrale bouwprojecten, waarbij je technische details uitwerkt en modellen optimaliseert in functie van uitvoering op de werf.
  • Je coördineert clashdetectie en kwaliteitscontrole, voert interferentiechecks uit en bewaakt de consistentie van data, hoeveelheden en modelstructuur.
  • Je implementeert en bewaakt BIM-protocollen, ondersteunt werfteams met modelinformatie en stemt continu af met projectleiding, studiebureaus en architecten.

BIM Engineer - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma ingenieur bouwkunde en kan terugvallen op een solide technische basis binnen bouwprojecten.
  • Je hebt ervaring of sterke affiniteit met BIM-software (Revit is een plus) en begrijpt hoe digitale modellen het bouwproces aansturen.
  • Je combineert ruimtelijk inzicht en nauwkeurigheid met een gestructureerde manier van werken en oog voor detail in complexe projecten.
