Haal jij energie uit het bouwen van digitale technische installaties nog voor de uitvoering start? Werk

je graag nauwkeurig en vertaal je technische concepten moeiteloos naar een correct en

gestructureerd 3D-model?

Voor onze klant, een groeiende speler binnen technische installaties, zoeken wij een BIM Engineer die

instaat voor de digitale voorbereiding en uitwerking van elektrotechnische projecten.

Je komt terecht in de BIM-afdeling binnen een team waar technische kwaliteit, overleg en

samenwerking centraal staan. Samen werken jullie aan moderne installaties binnen projecten zoals

kantoorgebouwen, woonzorgcentra en residentiële projecten. Je werkt in een rustige,

geconcentreerde omgeving waar precisie en teamwork hand in hand gaan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als BIM Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de digitale uitwerking en voorbereiding van technische

installaties in een gecoördineerd 3D-model.

  • Uitwerken van elektrotechnische installaties in een BIM-model (Revit)
  • Vertalen van technische plannen en concepten naar een correct en uitvoerbaar 3D-model
  • Tekenwerk combineren met technische kennis van elektrische installaties en gebouwentechnieken
  • Meedenken over de optimale technische opbouw van systemen binnen het model
  • Bewaken van de technische correctheid, volledigheid en kwaliteit van het BIM-model
  • Opstellen van materiaallijsten en technische data op basis van het model
  • Ondersteunen van de voorbereiding en uitvoering met accurate digitale informatie

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een bachelor of master in (industriële) wetenschappen, elektromechanica, energie of elektriciteit
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een BIM-omgeving of technische tekenfunctie is een mooie troef
  • Revit ken je al of je bent sterk gemotiveerd om je hierin snel verder te verdiepen
  • Een sterk ruimtelijk inzicht en de drive om mee te denken in technische oplossingen
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak, met oog voor detail
