BIM Expert - HBO - Tilburg - 32-40 uur BIM Expert Jij bent dé expert op het gebied van BIM. Met jouw kwaliteiten en kennis neem jij de verantwoordelijkheid voor het implementeren van het BIM proces voor deze ontwikkelende bouwer. Spreekt deze uitdaging jou aan? Lees dan snel verder! Functieomschrijving Als BIM expert houd jij je bezig met het opzetten van het BIM proces. Je hebt een adviserende en beoordelende rol en implementeert het BIM proces bij de bedrijfshuisvesting. Ontwerp-, bestek- en werktekeningen maak je zelfstandig in een BIM model en je controleert clash-controles en voert deze ook uit. Daarnaast beheer je de BIM protocollen en begeleidt je technische oplossingen. Jij houdt je als BIM expert bezig met: • Het analyseren en onderzoeken van technische vraagstukken; • Het opdoen en bewaken van kennis binnen de bouwtechniek; • Het opstellen en beheren van de bibliotheek en diverse templates. Functie-eisen Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste BIM expert die met zijn goede communicatieve vaardigheden succesvolle resultaten weet te behalen met het team. Je bent een ondernemende persoonlijkheid en klaar om in een dynamische cultuur te werken aan uitdagende projecten. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! • Minimaal een afgeronde bouw gerelateerde HBO opleiding; • Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring met Revit (BCF en Tekla is een pré); • Oog voor detail.
