Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt het BIM-beleid, coördineert BIM-processen en zorgt dat alle projectteams met betrouwbare, actuele en hoogwaardige modellen kunnen werken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en controleren van IFC-modellen en uitvoeren van clash-controles. - Optimaliseren van BIM-processen en bevorderen van een uniforme werkwijze binnen de organisatie. - Opstellen van BIM-uitvoeringsplannen en begeleiden van projectteams. - Doorvoeren en implementeren van digitale innovaties en nieuwe softwaretoepassingen. - Fungeren als vraagbaak en coach voor collega's op het gebied van BIM en digitalisering. - Verbeteren van samenwerking tussen ontwerp, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering.
