Als BIM Modelleur ben jij de technische spil binnen het projectteam. Je vertaalt woningbouwconcepten naar hoogwaardige 3D-BIM-modellen en 2D-werktekeningen die direct worden gebruikt voor voorbereiding, calculatie en uitvoering. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende woningbouwprojecten, van grondgebonden woningen tot complexe hoogbouw. Je werkt voornamelijk met Revit en bewaakt de modelkwaliteit met tools zoals Solibri. Daarnaast stuur je co-makers en adviseurs aan volgens de BIM-werkmethodiek en neem je actief deel aan engineeringssessies. Je verwerkt koperskeuzes in het model en genereert betrouwbare data die bijdraagt aan een efficiënter bouwproces. Ook denk je mee over innovaties en de doorontwikkeling en standaardisatie van woningconcepten. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde - Aantoonbare ervaring als BIM Modelleur in de woningbouw - Uitstekende kennis van Revit en Solibri - Ervaring met BIM-tools zoals BIMcollab, BIMpact en Autodesk Construction Cloud - Kennis van conceptmatig bouwen is een pré - Je kunt collega's en ketenpartners meenemen in jouw werkwijze - Analytisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en kwaliteitsbewust - Proactieve en samenwerkingsgerichte instelling Functieoverzicht .
