Functieomschrijving Als BIM Modelleur ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen het ontwerp en de uitvoering. Je vertaalt technische ontwerpen naar gedetailleerde en foutloze digitale bouwmodellen. Je werkt met moderne BIM-tools zoals Revit, Navisworks, BIMcollab en andere relevante software. Samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en architecten werk je aan diverse projecten, zoals woningbouw, zorgcomplexen en appartementen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Modelleren van bouwkundige onderdelen volgens de laatste standaarden; - Toetsen van modellen op haalbaarheid, kwaliteit en clashes; - Ondersteunen bij de technische engineering in het voortraject; - Meedenken over bouwmethodieken en duurzame toepassingen; - Optimaliseren van werkprocessen en verbeteren van het modelleerproces; - Nauw samenwerken met andere disciplines binnen het projectteam. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een betrokken en vakkundige modelleur met de volgende kwalificaties: - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar; - Ervaring met Revit, en bij voorkeur met Navisworks, Solibri of BIM360; - Kennis van bouwprocessen, -methoden en relevante regelgeving; - Je werkt gestructureerd, secuur en denkt oplossingsgericht; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen in een team; - Je hebt de drive om jezelf continu te blijven ontwikkelen.
