Functie inhoud Als Ervaren BIM Modelleur vertaal je bouwkundige ontwerpen naar nauwkeurige 2D- en 3D-modellen. Je werkt aan verschillende projecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw en bent verantwoordelijk voor het bouwkundig modelleren en uitwerken van ontwerpen. Je maakt werktekeningen, controleert modellen en zorgt dat het BIM-model aansluit op de uitvoering. Ook beoordeel en verwerk je ontwerpen van externe partijen. Met jouw technische inzicht signaleer je knelpunten en denk je actief mee over praktische en uitvoerbare oplossingen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan projecten, maar hebt korte lijnen met collega's en andere betrokkenen. Daarmee lever je direct een bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en voortgang van de projecten. Functie eisen - Een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding en minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring als BIM Modelleur. - Goede kennis van Revit, Archicad en/of Tekla. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en hebt technisch inzicht. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken én goed samenwerken binnen een compact team.
