Als BIM Modelleur ben jij de specialist die technische tekeningen en constructieve ontwerpen omzet naar gedetailleerde 3D-modellen. Je werkt nauw samen met constructeurs, projectleiders en architecten om ervoor te zorgen dat elk project tot in de puntjes is uitgewerkt voordat de eerste steen wordt gelegd. Jouw modellen vormen de basis voor de uitvoering en zijn cruciaal voor het succes van elk project. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, van woningbouw tot utiliteitsbouw, en van nieuwbouw tot complexe renovaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van BIM-modellen volgens de nieuwste standaarden en zorgt ervoor dat alle disciplines goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je denkt actief mee over constructieve oplossingen en signaleert tijdig eventuele knelpunten in het ontwerp. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met andere partijen in het bouwproces en draag je bij aan een soepele samenwerking tussen alle betrokkenen. Jouw taken in het kort: - Het opstellen en beheren van gedetailleerde BIM-modellen voor bouwkundige en constructieve projecten; - Samenwerken met constructeurs en engineers om technische ontwerpen te vertalen naar 3D-modellen; - Uitvoeren van clash-detecties en coördineren met andere disciplines; - Opstellen van werktekeningen en detailtekeningen op basis van het BIM-model; - Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van de BIM-werkwijze binnen het bureau; - Deelnemen aan projectoverleggen en afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en andere partijen.
