Deze organisatie is een architectenbureau dat zich richt op de uitwerking van bouwplannen van concept naar bouwaanvraag. Het bureau werkt vanuit 's-Hertogenbosch en levert zowel 2 D-tekeningen als BIM-modellen die gebruikt worden voor vergunningen en aanbestedingen. De werkzaamheden omvatten het opzetten en beheren van consistente 3 D-gebouwmodellen in Autodesk Revit en het omzetten van voorlopig ontwerp naar definitief ontwerp inclusief constructieoverzichten, maatvoering en detailleringen. Tijdens het modelleerproces stemt deze organisatie het model af met de architect en de constructeur en gebruikt het model voor bouwcontroles en clash-detectie in samenwerking met aannemers en onderaannemers. - Je vertaalt ontwerp- en constructiegegevens naar een consistent 3 D-gebouwmodel als BIM Modelleur

- Je voert clash-detectie uit en stemt het model af met de architect en de constructeur

- Je ondersteunt aanbesteding en bouwcontroles en kunt als BIM Modelleur controles op locatie uitvoeren na voldoende ervaring

- Je automatiseert modelleerwerkzaamheden met Dynamo en voert bouwbesluittoetsingen uit
