BIM Modelleur Amsterdam Als BIM Modelleur E krijg je de kans om jouw technische vaardigheden in te zetten voor grote projecten. Dit zijn voornamelijk projecten in de woning- en utiliteitsbouw. Hierbij kun je denken aan allerlei toffe klussen , van scholen, kantoorpanden en winkels tot villa wijken, appartementen en rijtjeswoningen. Samen gaan we op zoek naar de projecten die het beste aansluiten bij jouw kwaliteiten. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwerpen en tekenen van elektrotechnische installaties, waarbij je klantvragen beoordeelt en het juiste BIM-model toepast. Met jouw ervaring in 3D tekenprogramma's werk je gedetailleerde tekeningen uit, terwijl je ook berekeningen van de installaties voor jouw rekening neemt. Het lezen van 2D tekeningen kan ook voorkomen. Verder reken en dimensioneer je op basis van het gekozen systeemconcept en neem je actief deel aan vergaderingen, zowel intern als extern. Samenwerken met diverse teams, zowel op locatie als op kantoor, is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat het klantenteam over alle benodigde informatie beschikt. Kortom, een veelzijdige functie waar jouw technische expertise volledig tot zijn recht komt! Functie eisen - Ervaring als BIM-modelleur is een pré; - Kennis van BIM methodiek en software zoals Revit MEP; - Een afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding in de elektrotechniek; - Een oplossingsgerichte en creatieve houding ; - Woonachtig in omgeving Amsterdam.
