Als BIM Modelleur werk je aan grote, landelijke projecten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van het Voorlopig Ontwerp (VO) naar het Definitief Ontwerp (DO) in Revit. Je vertaalt ontwerpen van architecten en projectteams naar nauwkeurige 3D-modellen, waarbij alle relevante informatie wordt geïntegreerd voor een foutloos en efficiënt ontwerpproces. Wat ga je doen? Uitwerken van het VO naar DO in gedetailleerde Revit-modellen; Modelleren van architectonische en bouwkundige onderdelen, zoals plattegronden, doorsneden, gevels, en details; Beheren en optimaliseren van BIM-modellen volgens project- en kantoorstandaarden; Signaleren en oplossen van clashes, inconsistenties en technische knelpunten in het model; Ondersteunen van architecten en projectteams bij het vertalen van ontwerpconcepten naar technisch uitvoerbare oplossingen; Voorbereiden van tekeningen en documentatie voor het DO en eventuele vervolgfases. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering en werkt in multidisciplinaire teams. Met jouw expertise in Revit zorg je voor nauwkeurige modellen die de basis vormen voor een succesvolle uitvoering van het project. Bedrijfsinformatie Het bureau bestaat uit een multidisciplinair team van conceptdenkers, ontwerpende architecten, bouwkundigen, BIM-modelleurs en creatieve professionals. Voor elke opdracht wordt een team op maat samengesteld, waarbij een sterk idee wordt vertaald naar een heldere strategie en een doordacht, innovatief ontwerpconcept. De focus ligt voornamelijk op projecten in de zorgsector, maatschappelijke en publieke opgaven en projecten voor opvang- en verblijfsvoorzieningen. Daarnaast werkt het bureau aan renovatie- en transformatieprojecten van sociale huurwoningen. Ontwerpen worden uitgewerkt in 3D-modellen, wat de kans op fouten verkleint en de kwaliteit van het ontwerpproces verhoogt. Vanuit deze werkwijze kunnen BIM-modellen worden gegenereerd, waardoor samenwerking met externe adviseurs wordt vereenvoudigd en alle

relevante informatie integraal in het model wordt opgenomen. Wat we in jou zien: Je bent leergierig en wilt jezelf én onze processen blijven verbeteren; Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring met Nederlandse bouw- en architectuurregelgeving; Ervaring met AutoCAD en/of Revit; Initiatiefrijke, proactieve en flexibele houding; Goede samenwerking in teamverband.
