Bij onze opdrachtgever zijn we op zoek naar een BIM-modelleur. Onze opdrachtgever is een onafhankelijk adviesbureau wat zich bezig houdt met de begeleiding van projecten in de utiliteit- en woningbouw. Ze zijn van dienst in alle fases van het bouwproces. het motto van onze opdrachtgever is:" Modelleren zoals er wordt gebouwd". Als BIM- modelleur ga je op basis van uiteenlopende verzamelde gegevens vertaal je informatie naar een nauwkeurig 3D-model. Afhankelijk van de gewenste eindresultaten werk je bouwkundige tekeningen en kostenramingen uit voor verschillende fasen van het bouwproces. Daarnaast stel je vooraf een realistische urenplanning op en houd je toezicht op de voortgang van projecten, waarbij je waar nodig bijstuurt. Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor het zelfstandig opzetten, detailleren en beheren van bouwkundige BIM-modellen. Deze functie vraagt om bouwkundig inzicht, precisie en een proactieve werkhouding om modellen van hoge kwaliteit op te leveren binnen de gestelde planning en financiële kaders. Binnen de afdeling projectvoorbereiding werk je samen met collega's aan één of meerdere projecten tegelijk. Daarbij maak je gebruik van moderne technologieën en hulpmiddelen, waaronder een eigen cloudomgeving en een 3D-laserscanner, zodat je optimaal ondersteund wordt in de uitvoering van je werkzaamheden. Wat je gaat doen: - Zelfstandig opzetten, modelleren en verder uitwerken van bouwkundige BIM-modellen in Revit; - Toetsen van eigen modellen op kwaliteit, samenhang en technische correctheid; - Tijdig herkennen van afwijkingen, conflicten en clashes en deze bespreekbaar maken binnen het projectteam; - Bewaken van de voortgang, uren en projectkosten en afwijkingen proactief signaleren; - Vastleggen en actualiseren van actiepunten e...
