Als BIM-modelleur ben jij de schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je vertaalt architectonische schetsen en technische tekeningen naar gedetailleerde 3D-modellen die de basis vormen voor het hele bouwproces. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, constructeurs en installatie-adviseurs om ervoor te zorgen dat alle disciplines perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Jouw modellen zijn niet alleen visueel sterk, maar bevatten ook alle technische informatie die nodig is voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering. Je bent betrokken bij projecten van begin tot eind en ziet jouw werk letterlijk tot leven komen. Jouw taken in het kort: - Het opstellen en beheren van BIM-modellen in Revit voor architectonische en technische projecten; - Samenwerken met architecten, constructeurs en installatie-adviseurs voor een integrale aanpak; - Uitvoeren van clash-detecties en coördineren van verschillende disciplines binnen het model; - Verzorgen van tekeningen, visualisaties en rapportages op basis van het BIM-model; - Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van BIM-werkprocessen binnen het bureau.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Je kunt je ontwikkelen tot BIM-coördinator of BIM-manager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de BIM-strategie van grotere projecten of zelfs het hele bureau. Ook is er ruimte om je te specialiseren in specifieke sectoren zoals logistiek, woningbouw of zorg, afhankelijk van jouw interesse en ambities.
