Als BIM-modelleur ben jij de digitale motor achter onze bouwprojecten. Jij vertaalt ontwerpen naar slimme, nauwkeurige modellen die het bouwproces soepeler en efficiënter maken. Met jouw technische inzicht, oog voor detail en gevoel voor samenwerking zorg je dat projecten vanaf ontwerp tot uitvoering op rolletjes lopen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Vertalen van ontwerpen van architecten en constructeurs naar uitvoeringsklare BIM-modellen - Opzetten, beheren en coördineren van BIM-modellen in het voortraject - Bewaken van de technische kwaliteit en consistentie van tekeningen en documenten - Schakelen en afstemmen met werkvoorbereiders, planontwikkelaars en externe partners - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie - Organiseren van kennis- en verbetersessies en delen van BIM-kennis met collega's - Zorgen dat alle modellen voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en uitvoeringsnormen Wie je bent (of wil worden): - HBO-diploma Bouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische richting - 3-5 jaar ervaring als BIM-modelleur, bij voorkeur in utiliteitsbouw - Ervaren met Revit, Solibri, IFC en BCF - Digitale vaardigheid met moderne software zoals Microsoft 365 en planningssystemen - Proactief, zelfstandig en enthousiast met oog voor kwaliteit en samenwerking - Oog voor detail én het grotere geheel van het bouwproces - In bezit van VCA-VOL of bereid deze te behalen Functieoverzicht .
