Als BIM-modelleur bij Groothuis Bouwgroep ben jij de spil in ons digitale bouwproces en zorg je dat elk project vanaf de basis technisch perfect in elkaar steekt. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, beheren en coördineren van hoogwaardige BIM-modellen in het voortraject. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen architecten, constructeurs en onze eigen uitvoering. Je vertaalt complexe ontwerpen naar nauwkeurige productiemodellen waarin alle informatie klopt en voldoet aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Maar je doet meer dan alleen modelleren: je denkt actief mee over procesverbetering en digitalisering. Je deelt je kennis met collega's, organiseert verbetersessies en helpt ons om als organisatie nóg slimmer en efficiënter te bouwen. Bij Groothuis krijg je de ruimte om echt het verschil te maken met jouw technische inzicht en digitale vaardigheden. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Vertalen van ontwerpen van architecten en constructeurs naar integrale, uitvoeringsgerichte BIM-modellen; - Coördineren en borgen van de technische kwaliteit en consistentie van tekeningen en documenten; - Schakelen met planontwikkelaars, planvoorbereiders en externe partners voor één sluitend model; - Toetsen van modellen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving (zoals Bbl) en constructieve eisen; - Actief bijdragen aan innovatie, digitalisering en het optimaliseren van onze BIM-processen; - Deelnemen aan en organiseren van verbetersessies om kennis binnen het team te vergroten.
