Bij ModuleMakers zorg jij ervoor dat modulaire werktuigbouwkundige installaties veilig, slim en maakbaar zijn. Jouw BIM-modellen vormen de basis voor prefab-modules die bijdragen aan duurzame, circulaire gebouwen - van energie-opwekking tot innovatieve klimaatoplossingen. Groeikansen Jouw ontwikkeling staat centraal. Wil je je verder verdiepen in BIM, Revit en prefab-engineering? Meewerken aan de doorontwikkeling van standaardmodules? Of doorgroeien richting Engineer, BIM Coördinator of Lead binnen modulair bouwen? Bij ModuleMakers is veel mogelijk, als je zelf initiatief neemt. Samenwerking Samen kom je verder. Je werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiders, engineers, prefab coördinatoren en productie. Dankzij korte lijnen en een gezamenlijke focus op kwaliteit worden jouw modellen direct vertaald naar efficiënte productie en montage. Jij gaat het maken Als BIM Modelleur Werktuigbouwkunde ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van onze modulaire installatietechniek naar nauwkeurige, productiegerichte BIM-modellen. Je werkt met moderne software en methodieken en bent vanaf het begin betrokken bij het technisch ontwerp. Hoe je dat doet? Zo: - Toetsen van modellen op maakbaarheid, toepasbaarheid en kwaliteitseisen. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en consistentie van BIM-modellen en projectgegevens. - Verwerken van 3D scans (pointclouds) om zo inmeetstukken uit te werken. - Eventueel uitvoeren van 3D scans, op projectlocatie. - Meedenken over standaardisatie, optimalisatie en verbetering van BIM-processen en modules.
