Je modelleert en coördineert BIM-modellen voor complexe utiliteitsbouw en bepaalt zelf hoe je de technische vraagstukken aanpakt. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en uitvoerders om de haalbaarheid te waarborgen. - BIM-modellen ontwikkelen en beheren in Revit voor utiliteitsbouw; - Clashdetectie uitvoeren en technische knelpunten oplossen; - Werkvoorbereiding ondersteunen met 3D-visualisaties en tekeningen; - Samenwerken met constructeurs en installateurs op modelcoördinatie.

Je verdiept je vakkennis in modulaire bouwsystemen of groeit door naar BIM-coördinator.
