Als BIM Modelleur ben jij de specialist die ervoor zorgt dat ontwerpen van stedenbouwkundigen, landschapsarchitecten en architecten worden vertaald naar gedetailleerde en nauwkeurige 3D-modellen. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, van woningbouwlocaties tot openbare ruimten en infrastructurele inpassingen. Jouw modellen vormen de basis voor verdere uitwerking, visualisaties en technische tekeningen. Je werkt nauw samen met ontwerpers en adviseurs en zorgt ervoor dat alle disciplines optimaal op elkaar aansluiten binnen het BIM-model. Jouw taken omvatten: - Het opstellen en beheren van BIM-modellen voor stedenbouwkundige, landschappelijke en architectonische projecten; - Het vertalen van ontwerpschetsen en concepten naar gedetailleerde 3D-modellen in Revit en andere BIM-software; - Het coördineren van modelinformatie tussen verschillende disciplines en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en consistentie van de modellen; - Het uitvoeren van clash-detecties en het oplossen van eventuele conflicten tussen disciplines; - Het ondersteunen van het ontwerpteam met visualisaties, renders en technische tekeningen; - Het adviseren over BIM-werkprocessen en het bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de BIM-standaarden binnen het bureau.

Daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Het bureau investeert in de groei van zijn medewerkers en biedt mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke BIM-toepassingen, zoals parametrisch ontwerpen, data-analyse of het coördineren van BIM-projecten. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als BIM-coördinator of BIM-manager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de BIM-strategie van het hele bureau.
