WKF Engineering is een groeiende speler binnen de nuts-, telecom- en energiesector. We realiseren complexe infrastructuur- en installatieprojecten in samenwerking met netbeheerders, overheden en installateurs. Om deze groei te dragen zoeken wij een BIM Modelleur Elektrotechniek (medior/senior)

Ben jij een ervaren Revit-modelleur die een elektrotechnisch uitvoeringsontwerp zelfstandig kan opzetten, coördineren en clashvrij opleveren, of wil je als medior profiel doorgroeien naar die rol? Dan ben jij misschien wel de schakel die wij zoeken!

Jouw rol binnen het team

Als BIM Modelleur Elektrotechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig opzetten, uitwerken, beheren en coördineren van het elektrotechnische BIM-model in Revit, zodat tijdig een uitvoerbaar en clashvrij ontwerp beschikbaar is voor de uitvoering. Je vormt de centrale schakel tussen de opdrachtgever, het (lokale) installatieadviesbureau, het uitvoeringsteam en de projectleiding. Je werkt aan projecten waar de bouw al loopt en waar het ontwerp parallel aan de voortgang van de werf wordt uitgewerkt.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Opzetten en structureren van het elektrotechnisch BIM-model in Revit: projectstandaarden, werksets, families, modelleerafspraken en revisiebeheer
  • Ontwerpen en modelleren van het volledige elektrotechnische uitvoeringsontwerp: sterkstroom en energievoorziening (inclusief noodstroom en UPS), verlichting, zwakstroom (brandmeld, data, toegangscontrole, CCTV) en gebouwautomatisering (KNX, GBS)
  • Technische coördinatie met opdrachtgever, adviesbureau en projectleiding; deelname aan ontwerp- en coördinatievergaderingen en signaleren van ontwerpconflicten en risico's
  • Clashcontrole en BIM-coördinatie met HVAC/sanitair, constructie en architect
  • Productie van uitvoeringsdocumentatie: plattegronden, werk-, sparingen- en tracétekeningen, details, kabel- en vermogensberekeningen en materiaalstaten
  • Uitwerken van het ontwerp conform de Belgische regelgeving (AREI, NBN-normen, brandveiligheidsvoorschriften) en voor buitenlandse projecten conform de lokale normen (o.a. NEN 1010, OVE E 8101) in overleg met het lokale adviesbureau
  • Ondersteunen van de projectleiding en de werkvoorbereiding bij technische besluitvorming

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Wij zoeken een medior of senior profiel dat zelfstandig kan werken, eigenaarschap toont en snel productie kan draaien. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht, en je kan prioriteiten stellen wanneer het ontwerp gelijktijdig met de bouw vordert. Senior kandidaten nemen de coördinatie en het contact met opdrachtgever en adviesbureau volledig op zich; medior kandidaten groeien daar met begeleiding naartoe.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een graduaat, professionele bachelor of master in Elektrotechniek, Elektromechanica of Bouwkunde (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring); aanvullende BIM/Revit-opleidingen zijn een pluspunt Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in elektrotechnische engineering of BIM-modellering (medior) tot 5 jaar of meer met ervaring in uitvoeringsontwerpen en BIM-coördinatie (senior) Grondige kennis van het AREI en de relevante NBN-normen voor elektrische installaties in utiliteitsgebouwen Ervaring met utiliteitsbouw Zeer goede kennis van Revit (recente versie) en AutoCAD Ervaring met clashcontrole-software (Navisworks en/of Solibri), Stabicad, Dialux Evo of BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is een pluspunt Ervaring met internationale projecten en het herkennen van verschillen tussen de Belgische en buitenlandse regelgeving (NL, AT, DE) is een sterk pluspunt Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid; ervaring met projecten onder tijdsdruk Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een extra troef Rijbewijs B en bereidheid tot occasionele werfbezoeken VCA-attest is een pluspunt
