Wat je bij ons doet

Als BIM Modelleur ben jij de spilfiguur in de dagelijkse interne werking van RaCo by Studibo.

Jouw takenpakket :

  • Opbouwen, uitwerken en beheren van 3D‑modellen in Revit (technische installaties);
  • Vertalen van ontwerp- en uitvoeringsplannen naar nauwkeurige BIM‑modellen met aandacht voor detail en technische haalbaarheid;
  • Uitvoeren van clashdetecties en signaleren van knelpunten richting de projectingenieur;
  • Opstellen van 2D‑plannen, doorsneden en details op basis van het BIM‑model;
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om modellen correct en up‑to‑date te houden;
  • Structureren en bewaken van BIM‑afspraken, standaarden en modelkwaliteit binnen het project;
  • Voorbereiden van hoeveelheden, uittreksels en andere modelgebaseerde informatie voor calculatie of uitvoering;
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties in ontwerp, detaillering en modelopbouw;
  • Ondersteunen bij de verdere digitalisering en BIM‑ontwikkeling binnen het team;
  • Documenteren van wijzigingen en zorgen voor een correcte versie‑ en databeheer.

Het is een functie waar digitalisering, optimalisatie en nauwkeurig werken samenkomen. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak en oplossingsgericht denken verlopen onze projecten vlot en blijven onze klanten tevreden.

We zoeken iemand die plezier haalt uit technische complexiteit en slimme oplossingen :

Onze ‘ideale’ collega :

  • Heeft een achtergrond in bouwkunde, elektromechanica, HVAC of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • Voelt zich thuis in de wereld van technische installaties (HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit, brandveiligheid);
  • Werkt vlot met Revit en heeft een sterke interesse in BIM‑processen en digitale workflows;
  • Denkt logisch en gestructureerd; haalt plezier uit puzzelen, ordenen en optimaliseren;
  • Heeft oog voor detail en bewaakt nauwgezet de kwaliteit en consistentie van modellen;
  • Geniet van het oplossen van clashes en het creëren van overzicht in complexe knoopzones;
  • Communiceert helder met ingenieurs en andere disciplines en vertaalt technische input naar een correct model;
  • Leert graag bij en volgt nieuwe technieken, tools en installatietrends met interesse op;
  • Werkt autonoom en functioneert even goed in teamverband binnen een studiebureau‑omgeving;
  • Is proactief, denkt mee over uitvoerbaarheid en draagt bij aan efficiënte, foutarme ontwerpen;
  • Staat open voor innovatie, digitalisering en het verbeteren van interne BIM‑standaarden;
  • Wenst in Heusden-Zolder te werken.
