Als ervaren BIM Modelleur Werktuigbouwkundige Installaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, uitwerken en coördineren van complexe 3D-modellen voor werktuigbouwkundige installaties in utiliteitsgebouwen. Je werkt samen met projectteams van verschillende disciplines om geïntegreerde BIM-modellen te creëren die voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. Je bent een essentiële schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering, waarbij je technische uitdagingen vertaalt naar praktische oplossingen in het model. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het modelleren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties (klimaatbeheersing, sanitaire voorzieningen, etc.) in Revit MEP of vergelijkbare BIM-software; - Het uitvoeren van clash-controles en het oplossen van coördinatieproblemen met andere disciplines; - Het genereren van werktekeningen, materiaalstaten en andere uitvoeringsdocumenten; - Het ondersteunen van projectleiders en engineers bij technische vraagstukken; - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en consistentie van BIM-modellen; - Het meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen het BIM-team; - Het begeleiden en coachen van junior modelleurs.

Je krijgt volop kansen om je te ontwikkelen binnen het bedrijf. Er zijn concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar functies als BIM-coördinator, BIM-manager of technisch specialist. Daarnaast kun je je specialiseren in specifieke projecttypes of innovatieve technologieën zoals computational design of generatief ontwerpen.
