Binnen een gespecialiseerde technische omgeving staat BIM centraal in zowel ontwerp-, uitvoerings- als beheertrajecten. Innovatie, datakwaliteit en procesoptimalisatie vormen de basis voor duurzame projectresultaten.

Als BIM Procesmanager combineer je strategisch inzicht met operationele opvolging. Je begeleidt organisaties bij de implementatie van BIM, bewaakt afspraken tussen projectpartners en zorgt ervoor dat modellen en data beantwoorden aan de vereiste kwaliteitsstandaarden.

BIM Procesmanager - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert BIM-processen die organisaties helpen om projectinformatie, documentstromen en digitale samenwerking op een efficiënte manier te organiseren.
  • Je stelt duidelijke BIM-protocollen op, begeleidt stakeholders tijdens het volledige traject en bewaakt de naleving van gemaakte afspraken over projecten heen.
  • Je voert grondige modelcoördinatie uit, analyseert zowel geometrische als datatechnische kwaliteit en rapporteert bevindingen aan betrokken projectpartners.

BIM Procesmanager - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of kan een gelijkwaardig niveau aantonen dankzij relevante ervaring binnen bouwkundige, technische of digitale projectomgevingen.
  • Je combineert een sterke interesse in digitalisering met kennis van bouwprocessen, technieken of datagedreven projectwerking.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, behoudt steeds het overzicht over complexe projecten en werkt nauwkeurig samen met verschillende stakeholders.
