Over de functie Als BIM regisseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de regie van het gehele integrale BIM proces, van ontwerpfase tot en met de uitvoerings- en beheerfase. Je geeft sturing aan het BIM proces, stelt het BIM protocol en uitvoeringsplan op, organiseert BIM overleggen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de, door diverse partijen aangeleverde, BIM modellen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het model ook tijdens de realisatie fase up-to-date blijft. Verder ondersteun je en adviseer je het projectteam in het gebruik van het BIM model. Je werkt mee aan de verdere implementatie van BIM binnen het bedrijf. Je denkt mee over hoe dit het beste in de praktijk kan worden ingevuld en je adviseert in het gebruik van BIM in de tenderfase. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de innovatie- en digitaliseringsagenda van J.P. van Eesteren In deze functie sta jij voor: - Innovatie en nieuwsgierigheid ; het is onderdeel van je functie om nieuwe mogelijkheden te onderzoeken en te implementeren om BIM zo goed mogelijk te benutten. - Enthousiasme en overtuigingskracht ; het werken met BIM gaat bij JP ook over veranderingen van werkwijze. Het is belangrijk dat je je collega's kunt meenemen en enthousiasmeren om hier in mee te gaan. - Accuratesse en werken op detailniveau ; als BIM regisseur kun je inzoomen op details om ervoor te zorgen dat de informatie klopt en bruikbaar is voor jouw collega's.
