Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de modulaire bouwsector zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren BIM Tekenaar / BIM Modelleur met kennis van Vertex. Het bedrijf specialiseert zich in vooruitstrevende staalframebouw en realiseert duurzame projecten voor onder meer woningbouw, kantoren en andere modulaire toepassingen. Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar innovatie, samenwerking en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Functie omschrijving Als BIM Tekenaar werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling en uitwerking van modulaire bouwprojecten. Je vertaalt concepten en ontwerpen naar nauwkeurige BIM-modellen en productiedossiers, in nauwe samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen. Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Uitwerken en modelleren van modulaire bouwprojecten in BIM
  • Opstellen van technische tekeningen en productiedossiers
  • Samenwerken met ontwerp-, teken- en productieteams
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen en optimalisaties
  • Bewaken van nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit binnen de tekenprocessen
  • Ondersteunen van productie door correcte en duidelijke documentatie aan te leveren
  • Je hebt minimum 4 jaar ervaring als BIM Tekenaar / BIM Modelleur Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van BIM-modellering en Vertex.
  • Ervaring binnen staalconstructies of droogbouw is een grote troef Kennis van Vectorworks is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht in ruwbouw, elektriciteit en sanitair
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en functioneert goed binnen een team
  • Je neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Een achtergrond in architectuur is een meerwaarde
