Jouw rol in het project

  • Je brengt modulaire ontwerpen tot leven in nauwkeurige BIM-modellen.
  • Je werkt presentatietekeningen uit in overleg met het designteam.
  • Je stemt tekenwerk af met de hoofdtekenaar en collega’s.
  • Je werkt samen met de productieafdeling zodat tekeningen en productiedossiers klaar zijn voor gebruik.
  • Je denkt mee over nieuwe processen en manieren om de efficiëntie te verbeteren.

  • BIM-modellering is vertrouwd terrein voor jou: je brengt minstens vier jaar ervaring mee, kent Vertex en hebt ervaring met droogbouw op basis van staalconstructies.
  • Je maakt graag presentatietekeningen in samenwerking met een designteam; ervaring met Vectorworks sluit daar goed bij aan. Een achtergrond in architectuur is een sterke troef.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en zoekt doelgericht naar oplossingen voor complexe technische uitdagingen.
  • Je analytische blik en oog voor detail helpen je nauwkeurig te werken, met bijzondere interesse in elektriciteit, sanitair en ruwbouw in staal.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega’s en andere betrokkenen. Ook blijf je nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe BIM-technologieën en werkwijzen.
