The posting

Als BIM Modeler Elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor het digitaal uitwerken en optimaliseren van elektrische installaties binnen bouwprojecten. Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Opbouwen, beheren en controleren van BIM-modellen in Revit
  • Modelleren van elektrische technieken en opleveren van nauwkeurige 3D-modellen
  • Uitvoeren van clash-detecties en afstemmen met andere disciplines
  • Verwerken van wijzigingen vanuit de werf in het model
  • Voorbereiden van plannen en modellen voor goedkeuring door de opdrachtgever
  • Opleveren van uitvoeringstekeningen voor de teams op de werf
  • Actieve deelname aan BIM-coördinatievergaderingen
  • Genereren en delen van modellen via o.a. Navisworks en Dalux
  • Aanleveren van hoeveelheden en data voor uitvoering, aankoop en tenders
  • Signaleren van technische knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen
  • Bijdragen aan een vlotte planning en continue procesoptimalisatie
  • Een bachelor of graduaat in een technische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Affiniteit of specialisatie in elektriciteit binnen gebouwen
  • Ervaring als BIM Modeler, bij voorkeur in bouw- of utiliteitsprojecten
  • Vlotte kennis van Revit en MS Office
  • Basiskennis van AutoCAD, Navisworks en/of Solibri is mooi meegenomen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands (Engels en/of Frans is een plus)
  • Een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en proactieve werkstijl
  • Teamspirit en zin om mee te bouwen aan kwalitatieve projecten
