Voor een sterke speler binnen de verpakkingssector in regio Wielsbeke zoeken we een Binnendienst Medewerker die klanten graag verder helpt én commerciële mogelijkheden weet om te zetten in concrete opportuniteiten.

De onderneming ondersteunt bedrijven uit uiteenlopende sectoren bij het veilig, efficiënt en economisch verpakken van hun producten en goederen. Hiervoor combineert ze een uitgebreid assortiment verpakkingsmaterialen met verschillende verpakkingsmachines en oplossingen op maat. Vanuit een ruime voorraad kunnen heel wat standaardproducten bovendien snel bij klanten terechtkomen.

De dienstverlening gaat verder dan enkel het leveren van producten. Klanten kunnen rekenen op advies rond hun verpakkingsproces, ondersteuning bij de keuze van materialen en machines en technische begeleiding. Daarbij wordt ook gekeken hoe verpakkingsverbruik kan worden geoptimaliseerd en de impact op het milieu kan worden beperkt.

Doorheen de jaren bouwde deze werkgever een trouwe klantenportefeuille en sterke marktpositie op. Als Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker word je onderdeel van een ervaren salesteam waarin binnen- en buitendienst nauw samenwerken om klanten verder uit te bouwen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je voor een professionele commerciële opvolging
  • Daarnaast verwerk en begeleid je orders nauwkeurig zodat klanten kunnen rekenen op een correcte afhandeling
  • Vanuit jouw commerciële rol neem je proactief contact op met klanten zodra je opportuniteiten detecteert en durf je gericht uit te bellen
  • Samen met jouw collega van de sales buitendienst werk je in tandem aan de verdere opvolging en uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille
  • Tot slot denk je actief mee met klanten over hun behoeften en investeer je in duurzame klantenrelaties
  • Een professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring vormt een sterke basis voor deze commerciële binnendienstfunctie
  • Eerdere ervaring binnen sales, commerciële binnendienst of klantencontact sluit goed aan, waarbij je commerciële flair en durf om klanten actief te benaderen combineert met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en digitale vaardigheden
  • Tot slot communiceer je professioneel in het Nederlands en Frans, waarbij een goede kennis van het Frans belangrijk is voor de opvolging van Franstalige regio's
