Voor een professionele makelaar binnen de zakelijke vastgoedmarkt in Utrecht zoeken wij een Binnendienst Medewerker Makelaardij. In deze veelzijdige functie, voor 32, 36 of 40 uur per week, ondersteun je de makelaars bij uiteenlopende commerciële en administratieve werkzaamheden. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent verlopen dossiers soepel, zijn afspraken perfect geregeld en kunnen jouw collega's zich volledig richten op hun klanten. Jouw rol

Als Binnendienst Medewerker Makelaardij ben jij de spil van de organisatie. Je houdt overzicht over lopende dossiers, onderhoudt contact met klanten en zakelijke relaties en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve processen zorgvuldig worden afgehandeld. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling geeft jou energie. Wat ga je doen?

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Je ondersteunt de makelaars bij uiteenlopende verkoop-, aankoop-, verhuur- en taxatietrajecten;

• Je plant afspraken, bezichtigingen en opleveringen en zorgt dat alles goed is voorbereid;

• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, relaties en andere betrokken partijen, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail;

• Je stelt diverse documenten op, verwerkt deze en controleert of alles volledig en correct is;

• Je beheert dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie actueel en compleet is;

• Je verwerkt objectgegevens in de verschillende systemen en online vastgoedplatforms;

• Je bewaakt de voortgang van lopende dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat acties en deadlines niet uit het oog worden verloren;

• Je verzamelt de benodigde documentatie en verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling van contracten en taxaties;

• Je denkt actief mee over hoe werkzaamheden en processen slimmer of efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht.
