The posting

De functie Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op de afdeling Verhuur en zorg je dat zij op de juiste manier bediend en geadviseerd worden.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verhuren van materieel en het leveren van diensten. Daarnaast verwerk je alle binnenkomende verhuuropdrachten.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

- Onderhouden van klantrelaties (telefonisch of per e-mail);

- Administratief verwerken van aan- en afmeldingen/huurstops in het systeem;

- Bewaken van het orderproces;

- Uitgifte en inname van materieel;

- Accorderen van inkoopfacturen;

- Klachtenafhandeling.

Jouw profiel

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en de Franse taal;

- MBO niveau 4 werk- en denkniveau;

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;

- Affiniteit met techniek, verkregen door opleiding, werkervaring of hobby’s is een vereisten;

- Accuraat, commercieel inzicht, stressbestendig, beschikt over het vermogen prioriteiten te stellen;

- Teamspeler met het vermogen zelfstandig te kunnen werken, geen 9-5 mentaliteit.
